Endogena Therapeutics (Endogena) is a privately held biotechnology company with operations in Zürich/Schlieren (Switzerland) and Toronto (Canada). Endogena has developed a novel drug discovery platform for selective regulation of endogenous stem cells by small molecules to repair and regenerate specific organs and tissues. Endogena is employing an artificial intelligence platform and machine learning algorithms to discover and develop first-in-class endogenous regenerative medicines.


Expanding our team, we are now seeking a highly motivated Operations Manager to lead key administrative and operational activities in a fast-paced and dynamic international team environment to help build a world-class drug discovery company.


Location: Bio-Technopark Schlieren, Zurich

Workload: 80-100%

Start Date: Q1 2022

Key Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure smooth operations by handling all administrative tasks e.g., managing Invoices
  • Take an active lead in establishing and maintaining IT-based systems in compliance, SOP, contract, and document management to foster, apply and maintain Operational Excellence
  • Set up and manage the company's insurance policies
  • Introduce and manage an asset Inventory
  • Support our Chief Financial Officer by creating reports for cost controlling
  • Identify inefficient processes and redesign them in a creative and practical way
  • Prepare and amend contracts in collaboration with our external lawyers

 

Experience and education requirements:

  • You have 7+ years of relevant working experience preferably from working in a similar position
  • You have strong written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • You enjoy preparing presentations and reports and are proficient in using PowerPoint and Excel
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and always find a new way to add value
  • You have strong organizational and analytical skills to translate your plans into action
  • You enjoy working in a fast-paced, international environment and can adapt quickly to changing situations
  • You are an impeccable listener, and you love to learn about how you can improve and about people's opinions and are able to find a consensus
